What the differences flow equation of Fluent 6.3 and Fluent 12.1

Hi anyone
I have a problem here. I am study effect of augmentor to air mixing by using Fluent 6.3 and Fluent 12.1. The result from Fluent 6.3 is different with Fluent 12.1. It is seems that Fluent 6.3 shows better air mixing with Fluent 12.1. Both simulation used same boundary condition, mesh and turbulent model (k-omega SST second order upwind) Anyone, do u know what the flow equation differences between Fluent 12.1 and Fluent 6.3.
