Hi
I'm preparing a model of multicomponent evaporation from mixture droplets. But to describe two period of drying I need to read mole or mass fraction of evaporating species from the droplet. Have anybody idea how to do that. Is there any function, macro or code? I will be very grateful for help. Mac |

Maybe I didn't get the point, but you can create two different injection. The mass flow rates of both species can be set easily on the GUI.
Did this help to you? |

Not really what I mean. I'm developing a spray-drying simulations. So far I succeeded with the help of "user guide" to run the macro DPM_HEAT_MASS. But now I want to write new function, which is depend on moisture content. So I need to read mass or mole fraction of evaporating species from multicomponent droplet.

Yes I solved this problem long time ago. You need to use TP_COMPONENT_I(p,i) function where p is particle pointer and i its species index. If You want more information write to me on priv.

Thank you vary much for your reply! I just found the TP_COMPONENT_I(p,i) on the page 2-194 of the fluent 6.3 udf manual. |
