Reverse flow error help

hi all,
i am working on analysing a 2d aerofoil. While analysing in fluent i am getting an error as reverse flow after some iterations. what could be the problem and how to rectify it. whether it is an error due to BC's given in gambit or due to the specs given in fluent.

Please refer the attachment.

what could be the possible error i could have made.

please advise
