hi guys,

i simulate a perforated metal plate and two other layers as one porous cellzone. i got data for the pressure drop for different velocities so i calculated the parameters c2 and 1/alpha (viscous and inertial coefficients).
my problem is, that the plate the two other layers only allow flow in one direction and i have to assign coefficients for x, y and z.
i dont think its accurate to make it a homogenous cellzone with same coefficients in all direction. i thought about making it very very large in the two other direction.. but dont know if thats a valid method to handle this problem. is there another solution for my case?
