Please check the mesh connectivity between heater and gas. It seems information from bars is not going into gas. You can use the volume split options in GAMBIT to establish the mesh connectivity.You can designate conductors as solid with source volumetric heat generation is given solid boundary condition panel. natural convection can be applied by switching on gravity in the operating condition panel. In define model/solver/enable transient. Take implicite or explicite. Give the boundry conditions like a steady state problem. give the time step and total time(or number of time step) in the iterate panel. Please check and update. |
