2D nozzle design of a gradual-expansion nozzle using MoC

Hi! I need a little help with the design. I designed a nozzle with a central starting point of the characteristic lines, so i know how to compute Prandtl-Meyer angle, Mach angle and flow angle Thetha, but i have difficulties with the design of the gradual expansion nozzle- where the characteristic lines at the expansion section are divided from theta0 to thetaMax, like on this picture:
I can draw the first characteristic line, that starts from the inlet radius(in this case from point r=1) , but i don't know how to continue. Thanks for the replies, have a nice day |
