Dear all
I am simulating variable density fluid in a pipe using DNS. For temperature equation I am using Koren Limiter (explicit) for advection part. Since my time step is small I want to send the spanwise derevative of advection to implicit part. When I am doing Central-difference for this implicit part , the temperature in some parts goes negative. I was wondering if someone tell me what the problem is and the solution? Bests |
