Air comprehensibility at high speed car race

Does anyone has experience or knowledge at what speed (Re-number based on average car height) the air compressibility start playing role in drag. liff- down-force?

Usually the flow is no more incompressible if M>0.3. I guess at that point you would have some effects due to compressibility.
