Hi guys,
I'm running a heat transfer case and I would like to compare my Nusselt numbers against some other papers I have. However, none of the papers I have give one of the key constants (i.e. heat flux) without which I'm just probing in the dark. When a paper is submitted, the data needs to also be submitted so would anyone happen to know if there's a straightforward way to have access to that data? Or do I need to make a request to the journal? Any help is much appreciated! |

hm.normally, all publications should be written in a way that all the relevant information to reproduce the results is there. if that's not the case, the reviewers overlooked that.
If you are sure the information is not in there (maybe you can compute it from other values they have given?), the contact the authors directly, the journal will most likely not be able to help. |
