SpaceClaim - license problem

Hello everybody!
I have the Ansys 15.0 in my PC and yesterday I installed the Space Claim to convert stl files to solid bodies for simulation, however after finish the instalation I can't use the spaceclaim and the following message appears:

Failover feature 'ANSYS SpaceClaim DIrect Modeler' specifiedin license preferences is not available.
Request name a_spaceclaim_dirmod does not exist in the licensing pool.
Cannot connect to license server system.
The license server manager (Imgrd) has not been started yet, the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or hostname in the license file has been changed.

FlexNet Licensing error:-15,10. System error: 10061 "WinSock: Connection refused"

Somebody could help me please?
I already tried many things without success...
