Default 2d- axisymmetric pipe flow

dear my friends I want to solve pipe laminar flow for constant flux boundary condition with 2d- axisymmetric condition.but i calculted nusselt number for 2d cannel exactly but I cant calculate for 2d- axisymmetric pipe flow with teach-2d code.please help me
