Slip/No slip condition -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

kailashpp1990 New Member Kailash Join Date: Sep 2015 Posts: 8 Rep Power: 10	Are all inviscid flows considered with slip condition at a solid boundary ? I am new to CFD. A 2-D flow field consisting of a channel. The flow is assumed to be frictionless, incompressible, steady and irrotational. Are the horizontal and vertical velocities along the top and bottom boundaries 0 ? 2D flow field is a rectangle with inflow in 1 side and outflow in the opposite.
