CFD Centrifugal Pump Impeller Optimization

I am a centrifugal pump designer looking to learn/use CFD to analyze/optimize my existing radial and mixed flow impeller designs. Local ANSYS rep. quoted about US$70,000 for a CFX starter package which is way beyond my budget. I do have SolidWorks Premium and could buy FlowSimulation for about US$15,000 but I am not sure if this is a good solution. Would anyone be kind enough to suggest some options? I need to see pressure and velocity distribution from entrance to outlet of a blade channel etc.
