Estimation of order of accuracy

I would like to know how to estimate the order of accuracy of cfd solution using random 2d unstructured mesh ( with most of the elements are highly skewed)
I know that defined procedure exists for estimating the same on regular (structured mesh) Any references , links highly appreciated Thanks |
