I try to use upwind difference scheme to supress aliasing error. It is said that by modified number analysis, if the imaginary part of the modified number wave number of a numerical scheme is negative, then such a scheme is dissipative. But I don't understand how such a scheme can supress aliasing error. Anyone know?
Thank you. |
