Hello guys,
I'm new to CFD and I would like to ask you a basic question on CFD techinques: when I run a simulation and the program computes the velocity distribution on a the 3D airfoil does it refer to the potential flow theory? i.e. is it the velocity on the edge of the boundary layer? and in case the answer is "yes" how do we deal with separation? thank you very much guys, sorry for the dumb question, I'm just new at CFD |
