Hi,
I have to make a simulation of round island erosion (geometry in attachment). That island should lose its area under the influence of fluid flow. It should be 2d simulation, but Ansys system coupling doesn't support 2d cases, so I made only one layer of finite elements in Z direction to avoid that problem. Is it possible to solve it? Do you have any tips how to solve that problem, any publications? How to support that island? I have made a simulation, I simplified it by considering that island as a linear elastic material, but I still have no idea how to support it. All posts are welcome |
