Could anyone tell me how to create a Shear flow velocity profile for a square cross-section in 3-d?

I am trying to write a UDF code in fluent for this cross section in 3d.

Thanks

a steady laminar solution can be computed by solving Lap w = constant, with w=0 on the walls where w is the streamwise velocity and the constant contains the pressure gradient and the Re number.
