.tdb file?

Hi, has anyone encountered a .tdb file before? I am expecting to be some sort CAD file, but so far am unable to identify exactly what is is. The file has been supplied by a MEMs manufacturer, so likely to be to from a CAD system commonly used in that industry. Any ideas?
