BEENA New Member beena Join Date: Dec 2016 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	im student of ms......first semester...my teacher asks to submit a project....i have to make a simulator for time estimation of sotware project development.....i have no idea how to do it.... i have made a causal model n scaling has to b done now.....kindly help me out how to do scaling n what r the next steps ....
