Hi, in a case were i am supposed to compare three models k omega, k epsilon and RSM and see wich is close to velocity mesures, hich step comes first, a mesh study for the different models then comparing the last of each model with the last of the others or comparing the three models with a moderate mesh then selecting the closer model and do a mesh study for it ?

I'm not aware of a general rule for this. If you can afford it, do a mesh study for every turbulence model you want to check und study the sensitivity.

But be reminded that there is a second side to CFD and that is the experiments. How certain are the results from the lab etc.? How's the repeatabilty of the experimental results in general. This gives you an idea if it's worth checking grids, turbulence models etc. over and over again.
