Hi,

I doing the multiphase simulation. The simulation method is TVD Maccormack scheme by Yee et. al. I have a problem with TVD term after Maccormack prediction/correction step.
The conservative variable and inviscid flux in xdirection are as follow:
Q=[rho, rho*u, rho*v, rho*T, rho*Y]
E=[rho*u,rho*u^2+p, rho*u*v, rho*u*T, rho*u*Y], similar for y direction.

and A=partial direvative of E respect to Q
for TVD, I have to find the left eigenmatrix, eigen value and right eigenmatrix, respectively so that: A=(Rl)(V)(Rr)

Problem occurs here: if I do simulation by the above equation order of Q and the one by changing the order of equations Q=[rho, rho*u, rho*v, rho*Y, rho*T], the result is different, which I think it must be the same.

Does anyone have the same problem or can help me explain this?
