Your assumption is of a constant inflow velocity? Try to add a noise perturbation along the transversal direction with small amplitude. Due to the continuity equation this will produce a small a du/dx component

Yes, Constant inlet velocity.
Can you tell me How should it be given?
So,is the problem now, a large du/dx component?
