I am looking for a software or opensource code that can quickly complete the preliminary aerodynamic design.

in Wildkatze we have a FD solver where you import surface and then automatically mesh on a regular cartesian mesh. Then you can run it fast in FD solver or export the mesh in finite volume mesh and quickly do the simulation in regular solver. (can be done very fast too).

The FD solver is not mature due to lack of attention but it is designed for same purpose as you mentioned.
