Is there any way to get rid of negative static pressure. I'm doing an analysis of louver blades and the pressure should not go below atm. The only input parameter given is air velocity at 1.7 m/a. I'm using a k episolon model and nothing else. Please help.

Well, this is only a sympton that the run will produce numerical oscillations and, likely, an unstable solution. Many reasons could produce this issue.

Hi;
Below atm. pressure is not necessarily a negative one. If inlet pressure to an airfoil (or blade) is near to atmosphere level flow is expected to have below atmosphere values on one side and above atmosphere level on the other side.
This is different from negative pressure values. If somewhere in the field negative pressure is seen (i.e. P<0) solution will immediately diverge since it causes negative density and this will propagate throughout the domain.

Hi,
You should think about.. reference pressure, static pressure, and B.C
Set reference pressure as 0 and Set 1atm for outlet.
