The problem arises from convering geo file to msh file with version 4. it should be done instead with version 2.

By the way there is an OpenFOAM utility for scaling a mesh, e.g.
Code:
transformPoints -scale "(1 1 1)" You can use this after you convert the mesh to foam. |
