Does pressure influence flow over density?

I have two 1cuft containers under vacuum.

Both containers are in atmospheres that have the same air density.

Container #1 is in atmosphere with 0.075lb/cuft with 70F temperature and 29.92inHg.

Container #2 is in atmosphere also with 0.075lb/cuft, but with a temperature of 80F and 30.5inHg.

If there is a valve on each container and they are opened for 0.1ms, will both containers have that same amount of atmosphere, or will container #2 have more since pressure is higher?

It depends how big is this valve, but nominally yes.

Can you explain how the size of the valve would matter?

And I assume when you said "yes", meant both would have the same amount?
