Profile for Porosity and Inverse Permeability

Hi all,

I am trying to make my porosity and permeability given by a profile. I have already succeeded in doing this with a UDF, but I think an easier approach would be to use a "profile" text file.

I succeeded in creating the profile text file, and using it for porosity, but I cannot figure out how to contour plot it to check if it is correct. When I go to contours, I do not see any option to plot porosity.

I thought of defining a UDM and writing the porosity profile to that, just because Fluent lets you plot UDMs, but i cannot figure out how to do that.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am doing a project on flow through different permeabilities. Can you please tell me about the permeability UDF you used?

The UDF puts the permeability into a UDMI using DEFINE_ADJUST, and gets put into permeability using DEFINE_PROFILE
