Hi all,
it is known that the -5/3 power law of the turbulence spectrum derives from the paper of Kolmogorov and it is also well-known (I found this citation in a lot of papers) that the -5/3 power law was identified from the Kolmogorov theory by Obukhov. I've never found his original paper, but I found this translation https://apps.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/683016.pdf . Unfortunely in this paper I didn't find the derivation that leads to -5/3. Is this the right paper, what am I missing? THANKS |
