Creo: fix tangential pitch

Hello,
I am drawing holes on a shaft and want to fix the tangential pitch to 9 mm.
I have attached the images.
Could anyone let me know how to fix the tangential pitch between holes?
I am getting only the option in degrees when I use CAD softwares (creo, autocad etc.).
Can anyone help me on that?
