chloe0043 is on a distinguished road
hello,

I want to simulate air-dust(solid , 1500kg/m^3) multiphase flow.
At t=0, the chamber has a uniform dust concentration.
After that, I want to see how much the dust decreases over time.

but Fluent's multiphase(mixture) doesn't seem to be gas-solid.
and Discrete Phase(injection) cannot specify a volume fraction(I used the volume fraction to set the uniform concentration.)

what can i do to set DPM to start at a uniform concentration in the room instead of injection? ( = 0s -> All points have the same concentration and not generate dust, 60s -> Concentration decreases as particles are collected at the outlet)

Let me know if you have an alternative..
Thanks for reading and have a nice day
