Hi together,
I have a question about reaction kinetic. I'm very new in CFD and actually, I'm a mechanical engineer. but I have to do this simulation by alone. Anyway, I want to simulate my reactor with methanol synthesis and I need only a course estimation about conversion. As you know, I have a catalyst in the reactor. My question is, should I define all surface kinetic in CFD or is it enough only to define conversion and rwgs reactions? Make it huge difference, that it is important for me? The problem is, I couldn't find material properties for whole surface kinetic. I would be pleasured all of your helps. Thank you in advance. |
