Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on simulating ethylene/air combustion using a quasi-global reduced mechanism, as described in the paper by Singh and Jachimowski [Singh, D. J., & Jachimowski, C. J. (1994). Quasiglobal reaction model for ethylene combustion. AIAA journal, 32(1), 213-216]. This mechanism does not include nitrogen in the reaction. In OpenFOAM, setting up C2H4 and O2 in the '0' folder is straightforward, but I'm wondering how to handle nitrogen. Does anyone have insights or suggestions on how to set the nitrogen value for this simulation? Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
