hi guys! i am trying to write an inviscid incompressible NS solver in the 3d cartsian domain (the simplest!) in the primitive variables. i would be glad to get any free source code for reference , or list of any material which would be helpful for me especially the boundary conditions in 3d. thanks for all. thorougly lost, lost soul!

the best reference material would be patankar's book named "Numerical Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow" by S.V.Patankar (Hemisphere Publishing Co) to start with.

Let me know the system U are considering. Whether it is unsteady state or SS. Also if there is any liquid entering or leaving your system.

hey rabibrata! its actually a unsteady problem where i have to consider a flow behind a body.. an inlet and then the sqr body and then the outlow. could any of you end me the governing equations at the boundaries? that would be great.. i guess there is some problem in modelling those thanks a less lost lost-soul!

Yes, patankar's algorithm is most robust. Writting your own code is better than using somebody else's code.
