I haven't used it but they were very friendly to even my casual inquiries. most CFD companies want a lot of specifics before they even want to talk. Also they give you upfront pricing which is very unusual.

I've tried very simple problems and it's quite friendly and acurate. Its a product still on the making and several models are to be implemented, so you must investigate and ask them if your problem can be solved with their software. I also agree that the flo++ people is very handy, something very unusual in the business.
