(1). PRO/II is a mass/energy balance code to simulate and optimize the chemical and refinery processes. It is not a CFD code. (2). It is a product of a very small company, Simulation Science Inc, which was acquired by the British based Siebe Group in 1998. In 1999 Siebe merged with British Tire and Rubber to create Invensys. (3). The company is located at suite 100, Brea California, USA. It was still in business a couple of months ago. (4). The code would be called a performance and optimization code.
