Where I can find SIP(Stone's Implicit Procedue) method, which paper or books.

You can find some details and references in the book by Ferziger and Peric. The title is "Computational Methods in Fluid Dynamics".

You can find Stone's original paper in SIAM Journal of Numerical Analysis, Vol 5, No. 3, September 1968, page 530-? Entitled" Interative Solution of Implicit Approximation of Multidimensional Partiel Differential Equations."

There is a companion/extension of Stone's procedure by G.E. Schneider and M. Zedan called "A modified strongly implicit procedure for the numerical solution of field problems", published in the Numerical Heat Transfer journal, volume 4, 1981, pages 1-19
