Default ANSYS For CFD?

Does anyone have experience using ANSYS to perform CFD calculations? I have ANSYS at my disposal, but wonder if I would be better off using something else. My specific needs include 3-D single-phase, turbulent, compressible, reacting flows. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
