Jet on a heated plate

Steff Guest Posts: n/a	I have an axysymmetric jet impinging on a uniformely heated flat plate. I want to measure the efficiency of cooling. Is the minimum temperature obtained anywhere on the surface of the plate a good criterion ? (the lowest it is, the most efficient my jet is ?) Thanks very much in advance
