Hi, I'm looking for a good book on turbulence modelling which starts from an elementary understanding of turbulence and doesn't involve obscure mathematical notation or too complicated maths to start! I have Wilcox's book but it starts at a bit too high a level. Really looking for a good description of the k-epsilon model (with it's various modifications, e.g. for buoyancy) to start with - would involve going through each of the terms in the equations and explaining their significance and derivation.
Thanks for any suggestions. |
