Hello All,
May I share a thought: PEACE: Realizing CFD is not Physics. I am so tired of explaining to my professor why the numerical results do not match the data correctly. What is the point of a CFD tool? To match data correctly and go to conferences and say I have the best code in the world or to understand physics with a 2,000 Euro computer instead of a 1 million Euro wind tunnel. I wish everyone a good day. Please excuse me but I just have to let it out somehow. |

Hi Kevin,
Looks like you have reached the saturation point. I guess all research students undergo somewhat similar to what you have gone through. Maybe you should take couple of days off. Research is a phase and at times it's not that easy to convince the professor. What CFD is? Acc. to "some" CFD gurus it has become "coloured fluid dynamics"! It's better to let it out than keeping it inside and fret over it on your own. Best Regards and good day gita |
