Hello,
i am modelling a liquid-vapor phase transition on a 2d periodic box using a CHO scheme on a staggared grid for space and explicit RK 3 for time marching. I have two questions 1) are PBC's and CHO schemes used without dramas, as i seem to be getting sawtooth like growths at the boundaries? 2)is a steadily declining total mass an indication of a specific problem with these techniques? Thanks. |
