Problem: the Confirmation of the tranformation from 3d Cylindrical Coordinates to Curvilinear Coordinates

My equation is 3d Navier-Stokes equation. Now I need to transform the 3D nonuniformed mesh to uniformed mesh. I used the method for the transformation on body-Fitted Coordinate system. That method can transform the Cartesian Coordinates. But now I used the 3d Cylindrical Coordinates. Anyone can give me the Confirmation of the tranformation from 3d Cylindrical Coordinates to Curvilinear Coordinates, or give me some suggestion. Thanks.

You can easily do it in two steps:

1. Transform cylindrical --> Cartesian (which is straightforward).

2. Transform Cartesian --> curvilinear (for which you already have the solution).
