Dear Florent
Thanks My simulation object is a tube laminar premixed burner, to simulate laminar combustion velocity, as in chapter 3 in article “A computational study of two dimensional laminar premixed combustion of methane and some biofuels”. Boundary condition and models: Velocity Inlet is 0.5 m/s, natural and air equivalent ratio is 1, such as ch4 is 0.095, o2 is 0.19; Tube wall is adiabatic; Tube diameter is 0.025 m, tube length is 0.05m; Out is pressure out conditions; Solver is pressure solver, 2D axisymmetric; Flow is laminar; Species transport is used, volumetric reaction, infinite rate model and stiff chemistry solver are selected. My simulation procedures are follows: 1. a non-reacting fuel oxidizer mixture is simulated through the tube 2. adapt a region at x=0.005-0.015, y=0.-0.0125 3. patch this region, temperature is 2200k But no reaction accrues. Why? How to patch? Thanks If you has not that article, i can give you. you cangive you email Dicker Last edited by dicker; April 26, 2011 at 02:07. Reason: increase |
