Default About the energy equation

Hi,I am conduting the compressible flow computation with S-A turbulence model. In the energy equation there are terms of turbulent kinetic energy(k) while the S-A model does not give the value of k, my problem is how to deal with these terms. Abandon these terms of k? Thanks a lot!!
