how to use xfoil to compute airfoil displacement thickness?

how to use xfoil to compute airfoil displacement thickness?
Do anybody can give me some suggestions? thanks!
For example, i want to know how to get data for ploting the figure below.

Courant New Member Join Date: Jan 2011 Posts: 6 Rep Power: 16	Use Javafoil, it can output displacement thickness.
