Hello,
does anybody have a direct email address of a CFDRC representative? Since two weeks, I'm trying to get an answer to my software inquiry (I wrote to automotive@cfdrc.com, support.hsv@esi-group-na.com, webcontact@cfdrc.com). Except some notification that they have received my emails, I have the feeling that nothing is happening over there. Is 14 days too short? Should I wait more? (I do have to say that I am used to other response times) |

Support / Sales at ESI Software (formerly CFDRC) are notoriously slow in getting back to you.
I have open support tickets from 2 months ago ... |

Resend them the email with a subject: "WILL ANYONE HELP" "COULD SOMEONE RESPOND"
That has worked for me in the past. I'v even wrote them a letter before I posed my question to them. That seems to work. Good luck! |

Looking at their web-site, it appears that CFDRC sold off the software division over a year ago. Perhaps there has been some problems with staff motivation & competance?
I am interested in this one, as I have a few friends who were investigating the product in terms of local sales support... perhaps they need to investigate more fully? diaw... |

For support you need to talk to someone in ESI. Their contact number is 256-726-4800. If its Fastran the ask for Ed Blosch and if its ACE+ ask for William. Hope this helps
