Good day all,
May someone give me a test case for isothermal gas computation in 1D? Web source would be appreciated. I just wrote a solver using MUSCL-Hancock scheme with Roe's FDS and want to prove it. Many thanks in advance! -W.M. |

Do a search for Sod or shock tube problem. It's a fairly common test case and there should be plenty of references.
