Problem with forming closed surface set

Hi,
I'm a very new user to CFD-ACE. Recently I have been trying to simulate flow of particles in a pipe. My pipe has 2 segments. The front portion has a smaller diameter and this is in turn joined to a pipe of a larger diameter. After drawing the pipe and trimming the surfaces I have difficulties in forming closed surface set on the front portion of the pipe. The error message I get is always that it doesn't form a closed loop. Anyone able to give me some hints and help on forming closed surface sets? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
