Default Meshing a sphere

Hi Friends

I need a help regarding meshing a sphere in such a way that there are 3 to 4 layers on the sphere....its like concentric spheres...its or calculating the heat transfer between the sphere and the fluid flowing above it...pls help me ASAP....
